Traditional Psychology
assessment & Therapeutic counselling intervention
Psychological therapy to address mental, emotional, or behavioural challenges and unhelpful adaptive responses hindering personal growth. I help you identify and understand the current problem and its underlying causes, often rooted in past experiences, inherited or learned survival adaptations. Psychological assessment may be employed to pinpoint issues, followed by the implementation of therapeutic techniques aligned with your values and goals. The aim is to provide clarity, insight, a new perspective, and the ability to engage natural body intelligence to return to a state of nervous system stability and overall wellbeing.

Psychosomatic Therapy
Psychosomatic Face & Body Reading / Body Language Interpretation
Explores the intricate interplay between mind & body
"The issue is in the tissue”. Psychosomatic therapy delves into how emotional and psychological factors especially trauma and challenging life events can impact our neurology and manifest physically in the habits, behaviours, appearance, texture condition and movement of the body. A Psychosomatic Face & Body Reading involves identifying the client's emotions and unique outlook on life. The Psychosomatic therapist is able to read habitual facial expressions and to recognise patterns of anxiety, fear, grief, anger, depression, worry, imposter syndrome and much more. Psychosomatic Face & Body Reading provides a comprehensive framework for decoding the subtle cues that emotions leave on the physical face and body and how thoughtform influences the physical form.
It offers profound insights into addressing and alleviating both mental and physical health challenges and unexplained illness. By recognizing and addressing the mind-body connection, psychosomatic therapy provides a unique pathway to comprehensive healing and self-discovery.
Somatic & Transpersonal Psychology acknowledges the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Psychosomatic therapy, grounded in scientific and holistic principles, recognizes how trauma, lifestyle, and life events impact the body's tissues, structure, and function. Inherited, ancestral trauma and Genetic transmission of survival adaptations is also considered. Facial and bodily features convey a unique life story, reflecting inner experiences and public presentation. Psychosomatic analysis reveals strengths, challenges, personality traits, and the impact of repetitive thoughts, emotions, and relationships on one's physical appearance and outlook on life. As a trauma-informed professional, I provide a compassionate space for mindful awareness, self-compassion, and exploration of areas holding mental and emotional wounds. Through insight and acceptance, I help you reshape perspectives on past or current situations. In-depth consultations may involve face splits and strategies for emotional regulation, along with holistic & evidence-based interventions to restore mind-body wellness, align posture and bring balance and harmony to the nervous system.
Energy Psychology / Release Bodywork
IRM Release Bodywork is a somatic, energetic & transpersonal psychology intervention that integrates Kundalini Activation and Nervous System Trauma Releasing. Beginning with Applied Kinesiology techniques, the session explores the body’s stored emotions and beliefs, identifying their origins and energetic locations. Various energetic layers, centers, meridians, and acupressure points are accessed to facilitate release from both the front and back of the body to shift, unwind, and release tension, resistance, and stored narratives within the body.
Transpersonal Psychology
Explores the human experience beyond the individual self, reaching into realms of spirituality, consciousness, and interconnectedness.
Transpersonal psychology offers a unique lens through which we can view our life especially during times of confusion and helplessness. It encourages us to explore the transformative aspects of our existence, helping us find meaning and purpose amidst life's challenges. By emphasizing personal growth and spiritual development, transpersonal psychology fosters a deeper understanding of ourselves and our experiences. This journey can lead to profound self-discovery and transformation, allowing us to reclaim our power and embrace life fully.
